As a student at San Diego High School, many of my classmates/friends were Italian whose families were fishermen. My girlfriends and I went to parties on board the fishing boats, many times after football games. We had fun looking around the boats because being on board was so different than the lives we were used to living—we were WASPs! Fun memories for me!
