Polaris…

This has always been one of my favorite photos in my collection for personal reasons . This photo belonged  to my Uncle Tony and my Dad actually ran this boat for a trip so I have great memories . The Polaris later changed its name to The Gina Marie and unfortunately sank. The Polaris was built by Martinac Shipyard in 1970. Share your memories at [email protected] or on Twitter @sdtunaboats

This Seiner was eventually known as The Maria C.J , this photo is compliments of the late Keenie Batista . Share your photos at [email protected] or on Twitter @sdtunaboats

Working a school…

This is a great photo of The Seiner Danica working a spot of tuna. Looks like everyone is doing their job, the chopper , the speedboat, and the  skiff all working together to get it done . Share your photos at [email protected] or on Twitter @sdtunaboats
