I remember the fuel dock well, It had a sign, "Tuna Clipper Marine" that was at the end of it. It carried Shell Oil products until 1994 or so, then it went under.
Thats the one. All the boats my father was on seemed to go to Zolezzi's fuel dock. Kind of weird but I'm not sure i ever went to that fuel dock. It was very busy although.
Hi Jimmy, That dock was, the fuel dock of choice for all of Cutri's rigs.
The Toro Bravo seemed to drain it out of supplies, everytime we came in & was the pit-stop for us when we were North, after unloading in Ensenada.

i think the shell dock was owned by the Alameda's and Castagnola's at one time

I remember my dad Looper fished on that boat and Larry Rowe, Aquarius, Bold Contender all 700-1000 ton boats.
