The entire Tuna Industry lost an icon this week with the passing of a legend, Julius Zolezzi. Mr. Zolezzi owned several boats during his time in the industry, including the Marietta, the Jeannine and the Lone Wolf. In addition to his ownership of boats, he also owned the fuel dock located at the Embarcadero. I have fond memories of many of my father’s trips beginning and ending at that fuel dock.
