One of four sisterships built by Avondale boat works Louisiana 1946 and 47. The most well known as a tuna bait boat was the Paramount owned by Ed Madruga. The other three were the Sun Hilarita aka Jo Linda, Sun Jason, and the Mauritania. Original load capacity with the boxes was about 379 tons. A long range boat for the times.
