Was in our code group in the early 80's out of Pago Pago. Serious engine room accident killed the Cheif when he was trying to start the main.
He was using some O2 in the airbox while he was ontop of the reductuion gear. Filters were oily & I'm sure you can guess the rest. Tragic.
