This shot of the Embarcadero shows good and bad. Lots of seiners tied up. Unfortunately most of these boats were tied up for a number of reasons. That being said i still miss these days.. Have a photo you want posted send them in i will post. [email protected]
I remember when the embarcadero looked like that. You are right that time period was not a good one. There's those 2 red boat built at Bender Shipbuilding. Ended up as the Caribe and the San Nanumea.
Yeah tough times, theres also the Falcon , Osprey, Connie Jean and Mary S in this photo..
