Wow, brings back memories. I left in early 1977 for 1 trip on this boat. We ran into some tuff weather 1 night and woke up the next morning with 1 speed boat and cradle completly gone. After that 1 trip I went back to the Marjorie R. I believe the Mary Lucille sank some time in 1977. –Steve–
Mary Lucille was probably the nicest westgate boat around. Too bad she went down.. Marjorie R now thats a boat i don't have any pictures of. Anyone have a Marjorie R photo..
I do have many pictures of the Marjorie R and when i can get the slide film to digital i will send them up. got quite a few of the Eileen M, the Mary Lucille and the Sea Preme. I have several of other boats including the Spanish fleet if your would like those sent up too? –Steve–
My dad Fred McDonell was skipper of Eileen M and named after my mom Eileen, jay was her nic name.
