She was originally the Gemini built at Campbells in 1971. She was also named the Elizabeth Ann at one time.

Jimmy Silva ran this rig with our code group. He did pretty good with the I.P. until about 1983/84. A couple of lean years turned this boat back over to the cannery, Ralston Purina-Samaoa. It was sitting idle at the far end of the dock for a very long time, slowly getting stripped & parted, probably waiting to be sold. I think the tonnage was rated at 1550.
