the Zolezzi fuel dock was orignially a wooden finger pier. in 1969, the Conte Bianco was coming home from a trip and Capt Stefano Massa had a massive heart attack on the bridge and the boat crashed into the dock. it was then rebuilt as the Chevron fuel dock.
Zolezzi or Chevron to me growing up it was always Zoelezzi.. Didnt know that story ..
