The Tuna Industry and the San Diego community Lost a Legend today, with the passing of Frank Souza. He was truly one of the most amazing person i have ever known . Mr. Souza owned a number of boats ,but he jewel was the Capt. M.J Souza. R.I.P. you will be missed.. [email protected]
