Vito and Louie Romani had the Gina Karen and Manuel Andade had the Vivian Ann. I think these boats were built up in the Bay Area.
I know the Romani's and guidi's had the Willa G and the Gina Karen , i'm not sure they were built with those names . i'm pretty sure the Willa G, was the Vivian Ann first. Not sure what the Gina Karen was . Good to know on where they were built i know it wasnt in San Diego . They couldnt of been easy to work on small decks with the stern engine and smoke stack in stern.
Does anyone know how to obtain the WILLA G's length, gross tonnage and USCG information. I served on the WILLA G many years ago. I rember the GINA KAREN with the Moose Antlers on it down at JOHNSTON HILL (BB) in 1979.
Thanks.
The web site below gives some info on the PACECO Boats.
It looks like the QUEEN MARY, GINA KAREN, LOU JEAN II and the KATHLEEN were the original 4 built.
